Quinly runs your Prusa
All day, every day.

Smart automation for your 3D printer.

Queue your prints, Quinly does the rest...

  1. Auto-levels bed before each print
  2. Monitors & reports print status
  3. Initiates VAAPR™ bed cooldown for self-release
  4. Runs bed clearing sequence and removes parts
  5. Starts next job in queue

Introducing Quinly for Prusa MK3* the 3D printer automation system for 24/7 printing. Quinly turns your Prusa into a continuous 3D printer that schedules and runs jobs, and removes parts on its own.
* Compatible with Prusa MK3, MK3S, MK3S+

Plug and Play Software
Quinly for Prusa is plug-and-play, just like your Prusa. Requires no custom firmware or prior Raspberry Pi experience.

Quinly software detects your Prusa and auto-configures itself behind the scenes. Elegantly simple, designed to run your Prusa the way you want.

VAAPR Print Bed
At the core of Quinly automation is the VAAPR print bed. The first surface for 3D printers offering variable adhesion: high first-layer adhesion when it's hot, and no first-layer adhesion when it’s cold.
Eco friendly: VAAPR print bed uses no adhesives and requires no solvents to clean. Soap and water is all you need.

Prusa Exclusive Features

Enjoy exclusive, plug-and-play features with Quinly for Prusa. Quinly enhances the built-in calibration and sensing functions of your Prusa for an experience you can't get with any other Quinly product.

Crash detection:
If multiple nozzle crashes are detected within a short time, Quinly suspends the print and notifies you.

Auto-alignment: If the auto bed-level routine fails, Quinly activates Prusa's axis alignment calibration.

Electronics self-test: Quinly runs Prusa's self-test before printing. Checks heaters, motors, and fans. If any tests fail, Quinly notifies you and pauses the printer. This prevents failures due to hardware malfunction.

Filament runout: "Filament out" status shown in Quinly dashboard when your filament runs out on your Prusa. Print resumes automatically when you reload filament.
